Exchange, Return and Complaint The satisfaction of our customers is important to us, and that's why we try to do our job to the best of our ability every day. Despite our best efforts, it can sometimes happen that everything does not go smoothly. We are ready to fix it, so customers have the option to exchange/return/claim the goods. If you have a request for an exchange, return or claim, please enter it by clicking on the button below: Basic information: RETURN OF GOODS The request for the return of the goods must be submitted via the online form. The customer has 100 days from receiving the goods to return the goods. The goods returned must be unworn, unwashed and must have the original packaging and tags. Underwear and swimwear can also be returned (subject to the conditions in point 2). Women's swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker. The return address will be given in the instructions after completing the online form. The customer returns the goods at their own expense. The customer will be informed by email about the receipt and processing of returned goods. Returned goods will be refunded to the customer within 14 days of delivery of the goods to the specified address. EXCHANGE OF GOODS The request for exchange of goods must be submitted via the online form. The customer has 100 days from receiving the goods to exchange the goods. The goods returned must be unworn, unwashed and must have the original packaging and tags. Underwear and swimwear can also be exchanged (subject to the conditions in point 2). Women's swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker. The address for the exchange of goods will be indicated in the instructions after completing the online form. The customer returns the goods at their own expense. The customer will be informed by email about the receipt and processing of the goods for exchange. Subsequently, the requested new goods will be sent to the customer at our expense. When the goods are exchanged, an invoice is sent to the customer, but this is for information purposes only and does not mean that the customer will have to pay for the goods again. Exchange of goods for another size is possible only 1 time. If even the new size is not satisfactory, the customer can send the goods back according to the instructions above (see RETURN OF GOODS). CLAIMING GOODS The request for a claim must be made via the online form and the instructions given below must be followed. Claims are normally resolved by refunding the customer's money within 14 days of the claim request being processed.
